Policy and Procedures
Ordering: Ordering via www.automotivetags.com web site, is the preferred ordering method. Best prices are received via web site ordering. Orders by: fax, call in, U.S. mail or email may be subject to up charge.

Payment Terms: Credit Cars: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Initial Orders: Credit card, COD, Certified Bank Check or Money Order may be required.

Open Accounts: Completed and approved AutomotiveXtras, LLC credit application required. Bank reference required as well as trade references. 

Prepayment: Some customer orders may required prepayment.

Return's Exceptions: May be considered, however, standard policy: merchandise may only be returned due to defects and must be reported within 2 business days. In the event return exception is made for other than defects,
product must be in resellable condition, unopened, not damaged and have no markings or price stickers on product.

Returned product if accepted, will be given a dollar credit of 50% of the original wholesale cost. Product returns must ship Prepaid to shippers account, collect and or COD shipments will be refused.
Product will not be received without a written Return Authorization (RA #) being issued. All RA's request must be submitted in writing. Without approval RA# return will not be accepted or credited.
Upon receipt of an approved return the product will be inspected before credits or exchanges will be issued. Specialty, custom, or non-stocking items are not returnable.

Shortages and/or Damages
Delivery company is responsible for product shorages and or damages. Carefully inspect all merchandise when delivery is received. If item is short or damaged during shipment, immediatley, at time of delivery
notify delivery driver, UPS, Fedex, USPS or other delivering carrier and immediately note damage description on delivery paper work. Claim will need to be filed.

Backorders: Backorders are cancelled, not held.

Warranty for Automotive Tags: Defective mirror or premature wear is warranted for 90 days. Please supply dated proof of purchase.
Incorrect items must be returned within 14 business days of receipt and will either be replaced or credied.

Agreement of Terms: Placing an order with AutomotiveXtras, LLC consitues acceptance of all the terms and conditons listedabove.
